Fitness Together small group training combines the energy and fun of a small group (up to 4 people), with the coaching of a certified Fitness Together® trainer in a private setting. It is truly personalized group training. Like-minded people begin together, work together and finish together in pursuit of a common purpose and to achieve individual goals.
Our nutrition program isn't about dieting. It's about giving you the knowledge to change how you eat. Nutrition counseling sessions will cover topics ranging from how to eat light (and enjoy it) to grocery shopping, dining out and changing unhealthy eating behaviors. When you add smart nutrition to regular workouts, you have an unbeatable program for helping to meet your fitness goals.
Personal coaching allows me to stay focused with a tailored solution to meet my goals. This includes education on what good nutrition should look like and how I can stay fueled to support my training while still losing weight.
