    I have been a certified personal trainer since graduating from college and have experience in personal training as well as group training. My favorite part of the job is getting to know clients and helping them with their individual needs. Helping clients achieve their goals is not only rewarding for me but also for them as we accomplish fitness and nutrition goals. I have always been an athlete and had a passion for working out so the excitement and energy that I have, I bring to the session.

    In my free time, I do just about anything I can. I love to be outdoors. Whether it's hunting, walking my dogs or playing some pickleball. The warm weather is where I thrive so Michigan summers are my favorite time of year.
