Adjusting to living a healthy lifestyle is a journey and I love walking each individual's journey with them.

    Swim, bike, run and go hiking with my husband. I also enjoy reading and snuggling with my cat. Being South African, I make the most of the summer days, taking as much time out in the sunshine as I can.

We'll gather information for your customized plan by reviewing your goals, health history, and going through a mini-workout.

full body assessment

We'll collect baseline metrics that will help us track your progress.

personal training session

You'll meet your trainer in a private studio or virtually for a 1:1 session to begin your workout program.

progress checks

You'll receive an assessment every 6 weeks to celebrate your progress and set new goals.
