Steve began his journey at Fitness Together only 7 months ago. He joined at a time when many people are putting off their health and fitness goals and priorities (aka "the holidays") and has been killing it ever since!
In 7 short months, Steve has gained muscle, improved his posture and flexibility, lowered his blood pressure and improved significantly in all of his physical tests.
We asked Steve some questions about his experience at FT and here's what he told us:
Why did you get started with FT (if you can remember, haha!)? - I was a runner for the past 30+ years but had to wind that down because of hip discomfort. I needed a new exercise outlet and wanted to improve my overall strength and fitness as I approach retirement in a couple years.
What has working out at FT done for you (positive changes you've experienced)? - It has definitely made me stronger and more flexible and makes me feel good about myself and the progress I'm making.
What do you love about FT? - I love the variety of my workouts with the excellent trainers at FT, who offer so much challenge and encouragement. I never could have imagined doing all the types of exercises I'm doing, which makes it really fun.
Anything else you'd like everyone to know? - I really appreciate the attention to my workout routines and progress, how I'm feeling, the scheduling flexibility, and all of the commitment and care of the trainers and staff at FT. Thank you!
