Chris says that she started at Fitness Together many years ago because she needed to lose weight and never having exercised or been athletic, she knew she needed some individualized attention.
Chris says that working out consistently over the years has, more than anything, made her feel better and stronger. She loves being able to do something for herself that is good for her. Chris has lost the weight she had put on (and kept if off!), gained strength and stamina, improved her flexibility and posture.
We wanted to know what Chris loves most about Fitness Together and she said she loves how it feel like a family atmosphere. "Everyone is so friendly and I can tell that the staff really cares about their clients's success."
Chris works out consistently 2 - 3 times per week and never misses a session. If she does, she'd diligent about making up her sessions. The trainers love Chris's positive attitude and work ethic in and outside of the training room.
