Adrianna celebrated her 1 year anniversary at Fitness Together back in October. As you can imagine from her photo, she is super fun to work with but more importantly, she works super hard and it has paid off!
Not only has her body composition improved but where she really shines is in how much fitness she's gained. Adrianna has gone from holding a plank for only a minute, 20 seconds to nearly 3 minutes. Her wall sit went from a minute to just over 3 minutes and she gained 16 inches of flexibility!
But let's here what working out FT has done for her...
Adrianna says that "since starting, I feel so much stronger, have more stamina, and genuinely feel better in my day-to-day life. I’ve learned a lot about my own body, my mobility and my fitness level has improved more than I expected."
Adrianna, why did you start with Fitness Together?
I joined FT to become more active, improve fitness level, and build healthy habits that support long term health and overall wellbeing.
What do you love about FT?
The trainers are my favorite part. They’re firm but gentle, fun to be around, and somehow manage to push me through all my complaining and resisting!
I love chatting with them—it makes the workouts feel lighter. Their routines are always different, and some of them are incredibly creative with exercises that improve posture, mobility, and overall fitness.
I’m so happy I found FT. I’ll be honest—I didn’t enjoy going to work out for the first six months (or more!). But every single time, I left feeling proud that I showed up and did the work. Now, I’ve almost completely stopped complaining, and I genuinely enjoy both the process and the results.
