Co-Owner, Manager & Lead Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED

Nick comes to us from Michigan where he trained clients in private studios, country clubs, homes, and businesses. Charming and dedicated, he joined Fitness Together in May 2007 after relocating to Nashville and is one of our lead trainers at the Brentwood Fitness Together. “I have assisted a wide variety of clients with their health and fitness goals including a heart transplant patient, hip replacement patients, adults with acute back and knee problems, and young athletes,” Nick says. “I love the way FT blends strength training, nutrition counseling, and cardio exercises. My passion is to help each client to recognize their true potential and to make every workout fun!” Nick is happily married to Hannah Shong and has two beautiful children. A daughter named Brooklyn and a son named Lincoln. Nick enjoys Competing in Spartan Races, basketball, cycling all over Williamson County, watching his Mazie & Blue on Saturdays and enjoying time with his family.  #GOBLUE #BIGTEN

Monica stared working at Fitness Together in 2006. Monica graduated from Western Michigan University in 2005 with a degree in Exercise Science. She received her Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist.

Monica married her College sweetheart CJ in 2007 and they have three beautiful young children Q, Zoe and Wyatt.

Monica has always believed in living a healthy lifestyle and preventing health issues as we get older. She has always been committed to her clients for 12 years and thrives to be the Best Trainer and Health Coach she can be. "My clients trust me and have become family to me."

Aimee hails from New Jersey and has always had a passion for fitness. She began teaching group exercise and cycling classes over 10 years ago which led her to an education in Exercise Science and a career in personal training.  

Aimee brings experience in a variety of fitness training settings and age groups.  “I love to see how the body can be pushed and see clients reach their goals. There is no better feeling then helping someone succeed on their fitness journey and helping them lead a healthy lifestyle. You only have one body, let's make it last a lifetime!"

Katelynn Stoll

Originally from Florida, Katelynn came to TN for college. She played softball for Cumberland University while earning a degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. Still not satisfied, she went back for her Masters in Sports and Exercise Science. During her last year of her Master's she worked as a personal trainer in Mt. Juilet, TN. After this she worked with crossfit athletes and collegiate athletes.

Katelynn has been involved in a wide variety of fitness areas, from group training, to Crossfit, to individual strength and conditioning. She is able to apply her knowledge of sport rehabilitation and fitness to her workouts that can help you prevent injuries. Along with preventing injuries by keeping mobility a big part of the workout routine. Summarizing her passion for fitness, she says “I absolutely love seeing progress and how happy people are when they see results. It’s my passion to help others achieve their fitness goals and better themselves.”

Whitney Roberts

Certified Personal Trainer, ACSM CPT, CPR/AED

Whitney has her ACSM-CPT and Bachelor's of Exercise Science from MTSU. Whitney has a sports background, playing volleyball, basketball, softball and running track. Whitney also has a viable experience with Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, as well as, working with clients one-on-one in the Wellness Center improving their overall fitness levels through various exercise prescriptions. People are Whitney's passion, and helping them achieve their goals is high on her list of priorities. In her spare time, Whitney loves to do Crossfit and spend time with her 5-year old son Keller.
