Brian has been training one-on-one and group classes for over ﬁve years now. He has extensive experience and education in resistance training, cardiovascular performance, and nutritional planning. He believes to be truly successful in reaching your goals you need to incorporate all three of these pillars of ﬁtness into your program or you will fall short. For many, this can be an extremely overwhelming task. Whether you’re looking to change your body composition, increase your energy, or sleep better, having an expert ﬁtness professional on your team to guide and coach you along can make all the diﬀerence!
Brian has applied his strategy to a variety of fitness settings and levels with great success. From intense corporate boot-camps for Fortune 500 companies, to trained athletes with musculoskeletal impairments, to private one-on-one clients walking into a ﬁtness facility for the very ﬁrst time, Brian has worked with them all! He believes all you have been missing is someone to hold you accountable – someone to be that team member to push you outside your comfort zone and into a new and improved YOU!
On a more personal level, Brian is a former collegiate athlete and graduate from the University of Alabama, former executive chef, dog lover and advocate, weekend paddle boarder, yoga practitioner, Spartan Obstacle Race competitor, and heavy weight lifter.
