Tiffany is a Middle Tennessee native with a wide-ranging work history. After spending 10 years in the Interior Design and Healthcare Furnishings industry, she decided to follow her true passion and jump into a career in the Fitness industry by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer.
When she’s not working, she’s still working out! She enjoys HIIT, strength training, running, and yoga in her personal time. In her early 20’s, she struggled with her weight and an overall unhealthy lifestyle. Once she and her husband decided to make changes together, the love for the healthier life began. Through exercise, proper nutrition, and a lifestyle change, she lost 75lbs and gained a wealth of knowledge she has used to help herself and others make positive changes. “I believe that my personal experience from both sides of a healthy lifestyle allows me to bring a unique perspective into my training programs. I know the difference from my own before-and-after, and I want to help others find their best, fittest selves.” In her personal time she enjoys audiobooks – true crime and fantasy – and relaxing in the pool during the hot summer months with her husband, William Robbins.
