MONICA JANSEN

MONICA JANSEN

Lead Trainer, ACE CPT, ACSM Fitness Specialist, CPR/AED

Fabulous and fit, Monica Jansen leads the staff at our Brentwood location. She joined the FT team in December 2005 after earning her degree in exercise science from Western Michigan University and completing an internship at Franklin Athletic Club.  Monica has been with Fitness Together for 8 years. She has the same clients that she had 8 years ago.  This speaks volumes of Monica as a trainer.  If you are looking for the best, don't look any further than right here. Monica's clients do not stay around for 8 years because they like her, they stay with her because she produces results and she has changed their lives.

Monica holds the industries highest certification as a Fitness Specialist by the American Council of Sports Medicine. “I will give you the tools you need so you can become the healthier, better version of yourself,” she says. “If you want results, come see me.” Monica and her husband C.J just welcomed their first baby boy, Quentin.
