As a personal trainer and health coach, Erin excels at teaching clients how to build and sustain a healthier lifestyle even when life throws a curve ball.     TIffany is a Middle Tennessee native with a wide-ranged work history. After spending 10 years in the Interior Design and Healthcare Furnishings industry, she decided to follow her true passion for health and wellness; Tiffany became a personal trainer! During her 20's, Tiffany says she struggled with her weight and admits to not following a healthy lifestyle. She finally made the decision to get serious about her health and she and her husband worked together to see amazing transformations. Through exercise and proper nutrition, Tiffany lost 75lbs. Her journey brought her a wealth of knowledge she still faithfully follows and shares with her clients today. Tiffany will tell you, "I believe my experience allows me to bring a unique perspective into my training programs. I know the difference from my own before and after and I want to help others find their best, most fit versions of themselves."

    Once upon a time, Isaiah was a Division 1 baseball player for the University of Tennessee. His athletic mindset now has him serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Donelson Christian Academy in Nashville, TN. He specializes in long term athletic development and nutrition, serving as the assistant and FCA huddle coach with the Academy's middle school football team. Prior to working with Donelson Christian Academy, he was the Head Assistant Coach at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. He served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning Interns and was an assistant coach with the high school baseball team.

    When Jess was 16 years old, she purchased her first gym membership to help build greater confidence and a stronger body. With consistency she became hooked on exercise. Jess fell in love with how strength training changed her body and helped with stress management. Roll Tide! Jess attended the University of Alabama and earned her degree in Exercise Science. She knew she wanted to help people improve their personal wellness and sought after the ACE personal training certification. With her training approach, Jess has successfully helped numerous clients find ways to manage joint related pain with appropriate exercise. She has served as a great navigator in helping folks lose weight and meet and exceed strength related goals. Jess will tell you, "It's a joy to watch clients experience a growth in strength, overall well-being, and, most importantly, confidence!" She strives to improve as a trainer and works hard to be the best coach she can be for Fitness Together clients.

    An avid golfer since he was six years old, Kyle grew up in an athletic, sports-minded family. He played sports all year round including baseball, basketball and tennis. He eventually branched over into the world of golf and still plays on a regular basis. Today Kyle has a few marathons under his belt and keeps up with running several days a week; although he favors strength training over cardio. As an ACSM certified personal trainer, Kyle combines his knowledge from the classroom with his innate passion for overall fitness to help clients achieve their goals. He is known for having discussions around how to keep a positive mindset and push past the weight of life. Clients love his inviting personality and commitment to creating effective workouts.
