Anyone who knows her would tell you they aren't surprised she wound up with a 20 year career in the fitness industry; it's part of her DNA!! As a personal trainer and health coach, Erin excels at teaching clients how to build and sustain a healthier lifestyle even when life throws a curve ball. Over the last 20 years, clients have referred to her as an excuse remover, coach, mentor, navigator, trusted partner and friend.     TIffany is a Middle Tennessee native with a wide-ranged work history. After spending 10 years in the Interior Design and Healthcare Furnishings industry, she decided to follow her true passion for health and wellness; Tiffany became a personal trainer! During her 20's, Tiffany says she struggled with her weight and admits to not following a healthy lifestyle. She finally made the decision to get serious about her health and she and her husband worked together to see amazing transformations. Through exercise and proper nutrition, Tiffany lost 75lbs. Her journey brought her a wealth of knowledge she still faithfully follows and shares with her clients today. Tiffany will tell you, "I believe my experience allows me to bring a unique perspective into my training programs. I know the difference from my own before and after and I want to help others find their best, most fit versions of themselves."

    Cortlin is a true Nashville native who, while attending high school, fell love with sports performance. At the age of 15, Cortlin’s participation in sports came to a screeching halt after suffering a heart attack (yep you read that correctly). He fell into a week-long coma, experienced brain damage, memory loss, impairment of cognitive function and motor skills. His recovery included 6 months of occupational and physical therapy, and 3 months of homeschooling. With persistence and hard work, Cortlin persevered and recovered. In 2019, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Upon graduation, Cortlin pursued and earned a Master of Exercise Science degree from Tennessee State University. “I believe my purpose in life is to encourage and to help educate people on the importance of safe, physical activity with mechanical efficiency.”

    Tia grew up in sport and by the age of 12, she achieved Olympic recognition for the United States in Taekwondo. Training and living at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, she qualified and participated on multiple national and world teams; how exciting is that? Being an athlete for most of her life, Tia became interested in becoming a source of motivation and encouragement for anyone wanting to better his or her fitness level. During her time at UCCS, she acted as the head personal trainer for students and staff and went on to run a private personal training business before heading to Tennessee! “Health is more diverse than some realize, and fitness has been proven to be an amazing tool for improving several layers of well-being. I’m passionate about educating clients on the importance of investing in oneself to become the healthiest and happiest version they can be.”

    Johnathan is originally from Nashville; a true native! He grew up in Brentwood, TN and graduated from Brentwood Academy. Growing up, Johnathon took part in football and track. He also held a love for music which led to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. With a love for sports fitness and medicine, Johnathon made the decision to march to a beat of a different drum. He left Berkley, returned to Nashville, and obtained a degree in Exercise Science with a double minor in strength and conditioning and sports medicine from Belmont University. Johnathon went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Biochemical Nutrition from Lipscomb University. Along the way he obtained his Personal Training certifications, assisted in chiropractic and physical therapy settings and is currently in the process of applying to medical school to be an orthopedic surgeon. In his words, “I want to be the Dr. patients love and trust.”

    Today Johnathon loves his job as a Trainer at Fitness Together. He happily lives in Brentwood with his wife Asiana. In his spare time, he loves to play the drums, workout and watch Titan’s football.
