I have 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I have been training and helping clients achieve their goals for over 7 years. I come from a fitness background. I played college football for Austin Peay State University before transferring and completing my athletic career at Wake Forest. In addition, I wrestled two years for TEAM USA in the Greco-Roman style of wrestling. I graduated college with a degree in Exercise Science and within two months of graduating, I obtained my C.S.C.S. certification.
I have experience in extreme resistance training, cardiovascular & endurance training, sport-specific training, and nutrition. I have trained elite professional athletes, U.S. Army Special Forces, Division 1 athletes, all the way to individuals who just want to shed a few pounds! I also have experience in rehabbing injuries while increasing strength and mobility during the recovery process. While being successful in the sport of powerlifitng (Bench 525lbs, Squat 854lbs, Deadlift 817.5lbs), I can help any individual who has goals of increasing strength, endurance, health level, or who has the desire to compete. Helping clients achieve their goals is what personal training is all about and I have a true passion for helping said clients make their dreams their realities.
I have never failed or quit on a client, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is your body. Goals will not be achieved over night and do not expect them to be, put in the work and you will get good results back.
