As a born and raised Nashville native, I have seen this city grow by leaps and bounds. Not only has Nashville’s physical footprint drastically changed, but the community has become healthier and more positive. My own life has changed as well. After spending more than 10 years in Corporate America, I decided to switch my career path to pursue my lifelong passion and love for fitness and nutritional education at a professional level.
My focus as a personal trainer is to help my clients accomplish their fitness goals, and to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
