Tiffany’s journey to become a personal trainer begins with her own personal journey to health. In her early twenties, she struggled with maintaining her weight due to an unhealthy lifestyle. Once she decided to make changes for the better, a passion for health began. Through exercise, proper nutrition, and lifestyle changes, she lost 75 pounds and will never go back to that unhealthy state. “I never knew how badly I felt until I actually felt good!” This passion grew, and she decided to make a career change. Tiffany become a personal trainer and says it's one of the best decisions she’s ever made. Today, Tiffany understands that there are many paths that lead to a healthy lifestyle. “My goal is to help clients navigate THEIR path so that they are able to develop a love for health and fitness for the long term. Kaylie was born and raised in Martin, TN (that’s right, Kaylie Martin from Martin,TN!). Growing up, she was a top competitor in cheerleading and tumbling competitions. As early as high school, Kaylie began coaching athletes on how to achieve greater athletic performance; she was born to be a trainer! She loves working with people of all ages and excels at teaching clients how to achieve proper mechanics. Her guidance has helped numerous clients develop a greater sense of empowerment and confidence in the training room. To get results Kaylie would say, “You have to strength train. Nick was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Nashville in 2023. He holds a degree in music education/performance and spent 4 of his 6-year teaching career working with special-needs students. In addition, Nick worked as a professional musician with the St. Louis Symphony and the Nashville Ballet. In 2022, he moved to Tampa, Florida to begin a career in fitness full time. There he worked as a trainer, a training manager, and an operations manager for local gyms. After meeting his partner, he moved to Nashville and began training locally. Nick's personal fitness and weight-loss journey began 8 years ago. He test drove power lifting and made the switch over to body building, yielding a lot less pain and great results (61.6lbs of fat lost!!) Nick specializes in teaching clients how to apply rehabilitative corrective exercise for greater strength, mobility and joint pain relief. He comes prepared with a smile, a can-do attitude, and a cheesy joke to make you smile.

Whitney grew up playing sports in White House, TN. After High School, she achieved a degree in Exercise Science from MTSU. Whitney's athletic career did not come without challenges. In 2013, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease causing hypothyroidism. Whitney will tell you, "The diagnosis was really hard for me. The lack of energy, extreme shifts in weight, and hair loss rocked my self-esteem. Trying to manage my symptoms while also maintaining my positivity was difficult. As a mother and personal trainer, I knew I would need energy and a positive spirit. With determination, I found a way to feel more energized and positive helping me to be the best mom and personal trainer I can be." Today, Whitney's symptoms are well-managed and her quality of life is better than ever. Whitney has been personal training for 7 years. Growing up in Connecticut, Melanie enjoyed playing and coaching tennis. She excelled academically and was accepted into Vanderbilt University. Soon she'll be finishing up her degree as a triple major in cognitive studies, child development and medicine/ health and society with a minor in neuroscience. Melanie has a passion for health and wellness and knows what it’s like to not feel comfortable in her own skin. She was the girl who struggled to keep weight on and wanted to make a change. Melanie took interest in weight lifting & proper nutrition and achieved the body composition she desired. Her success led her to become a personal trainer. Melanie's passion for fitness became so great she launched a workout club at Vanderbilt called Vandy Lifts, now serving over 400 members. “I love being part of helping so many people learn how to feel comfortable in the gym.” Melanie uses all of past coaching and current personal training knowledge to train people of all shapes and size.
