We are professionals with the best certifications and years of experience working with a range of clients: from seniors to youths and for those who have never exercised before, to those who want train for a triathlon. We are here to take you from where you are to where you want to be - at your desired pace. We work as a team and it is likely that you will work with all of us at some point during your program. Bret graduated from Westfiend State with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is Fitness Together Auburndale's most seasoned trainer.  With over 18 years of personal training experience at our studio, he has recorded over 40,000 sessions trained!  The majority of Bret's clients have been with him anywhere between 5-15 years which proves they really appreciate him not only as a trainer but mentor and friend. His consistent approach to training makes him the great trainer he is as he focuses on having fun, old school hard work, and safety above all.

Ross’ career in personal training resulted from his growing interest in exercise and his passion to help others.  He graduated from Lasell College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and has continued to expand his knowledge base and evolve as a fitness professional ever since.

Ross uses his extensive knowledge of mobility, flexibility, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning to design safe yet effective fitness programs for his clients.  His welcoming personality sets a comfortable mood for his clients of all fitness levels.  He loves to help his clients accomplish their goals and keep them happy and healthy from start to finish.

Ross’ philosophy is simple… work hard every day and continue to make positive changes toward your goal.
