Custom Personal Training Programs for Kids and Teens

Our private personal training is perfect for children age 12* to 17 who need to lose weight for medical reasons, have other health concerns, or just want to work one-on-one to accomplish
their goals with fewer distractions.

The sessions are 45-minutes in length and are conducted in one of our private training suites with a certified FT personal trainer. We will start out with a free consultation which will give us the opportunity to discuss your child's goals and any health history that may affect his or her exercise routine. Then we will take him or her through some exercises.

*Exceptions may be made for children younger than twelve years of age who are mature and have a strong desire to work with a trainer.
