We offer one-on-one personal training in private studios located near the West Seattle Junction. Think of our private workout studios as your own private mini gym. There is no waiting for workout equipment. There is no crowd to fight or watch you work out. We have large bathrooms, changing rooms, showers and even have a sauna. With a small cardio area for use before and after your personal training sessions, you could consider us your own tiny, private health club. And unlike other West Seattle health clubs, we keep our gym and personal training studios immaculate. What’s more, if you like to train in the morning, you won’t have to fight to get ready in a crowded locker room. You’ll have plenty of space, plug-ins and peace and quiet.
