Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

My first session with the Fitness
trainers was just a few weeks ago on July 14th. Over the seven weeks I've been there, I've been training at the studio five to six times per week. I also participate in a high intensity cardio dance class twice a week.
Q: What are some of the results you've seen so far?
The primary noticeable result is the increase in my energy levels. Albeit working out six days a week, this new found energy helps me stay positive, passionate and push through my day. I feel stronger than ever before and my confidence has increased. It’s also fun to see the progress I’m making week by week in the studio.
Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?
I attribute every bit of success I've had to my trainers at Fitness Together. Their knowledge and experience has been extraordinary in motivating me and guiding me to push my boundaries. They communicate with their peers to ensure that I get a great workout on every occasion, no matter which trainer I'm working with. In the past, I’ve had trainers at other facilities and things quickly became monotonous and I didn't want to be there. With Fitness Together, that’s not the case. They vary the programs and it's honestly a fun time.
Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?
My goals moving forward are to increase my cardio endurance and continue to lose weight. The strength I've already gained will help me to meet those goals.
Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?
Be honest with yourself. Setting small, achievable goals has driven me to be successful. I have additional goals in mind, but in the beginning, I started slow so I could increase confidence in myself. The trainers helped me focus on short term improvements to establish a solid foundation and eventually work on long term milestones.
