Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

Since July 2017. I have been working out 2 times in the studio and usually 1 or two times outside the studio.

Q: What are the results you've seen so far?

I've lost about 25 pounds and several inches all around since I have started. I am also stronger.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

The accountability, having to explain myself to my trainers why I didn't work out or why I did eat that definitely has helped me to make better choices.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

Reach my goal weight, improving my flexibility, and overall strength.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?
