Client of the Month: Karen Day | Fitness Together Silver Spring

Karen Day is our new Client of the Month! Since day 1, Karen has kept up with her prescribed workout frequency and the results are showing. 6-7 days of strength and cardio exercise per week has translated to about 2lbs of fat loss per week, while getting stronger - right where we'd expect! Check out her story, it's a good one!

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

12 weeks studio four days a week, outside cardio 6 or 7 days a week.

Q: What are the results you've seen so far?

Down 25 lbs....sleeping so much better and in a much better mood.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

Of course, Sam is the best motivating coach, and the entire team really pays attention to each client...I love checking my personal cardio utilizing polar really has helped me ensure I am working hard enough on my own.

Biggest hurdle is to not rush the process ...take each day at a time and each pound is a success...we all want it to happen quicker but taking each success a day at a time.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

Long term goal 100lb loss, build strength overall.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?

I have logged every meal using MyFitnessPal....this has helped tremendously and syncing with polar has been great...I review my day every night and smile.
