Client of the Month: Carmen Johnson

Carmen hasn't missed a beat with her training, and the results show! Since September, Carmen has lost 12lbs total, while adding lean body mass, and increasing strength. Carmen has dropped over 5% body fat in 3 months, with reductions in body circumference measurements from head to toe!

The entire team is proud of her and her success thus far. Keep up the good work!

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

I have been with Fitness Together for three months working out three times a week in studio and running at least once a week outside of the studio.

Q: What are some of the results you've seen so far?

So far I have visibly lost weight while gaining muscle and strength. Also I have noticed that I have much more energy throughout the day from combining working out and eating proper foods.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

The greatest factor that has attributed my success was consistency. Having scheduled appointments three days a week of full body workout helped me stay motivated.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

My goals moving forward are to reach my weight loss goal (I'm almost there!) and increase my strength, as well as maintain a healthy lifestyle that last even after I reach my weight loss goal.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?

For others looking to hit their goal I would tell them to stay consistent and find someone to help you outside of the studio. Now that my mother has joined FT it's easier to stay on track with my nutrition and cardio.
