Client of the Month - Yanira Lopez!

Our next client of the month - Yanira Lopez! We congratulate her commitment and hard work over her first six months with FT. Her progress just shows how hard of a worker she is in and outside of Fitness Together. Keep it up, Yanira! =)
Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?
I have been with Fitness Together since September 2020. I am currently working out inside the studio twice a week and about 3-4 days outside of the studio.
Q: What are the results you've seen so far?
Since I began my journey at FT, I have lost 19.5lbs. I have seen an increase in energy, endurance, strength, and overall pep in my step. It has also been a plus having my clothes start fitting looser and buying new awesome workout clothes.
Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?
I can attribute much of my success to my trainer, Shay. She has helped me perfect my form and movements so that I can get the most out of my workouts. This has greatly motivated me to start incorporating various exercises other than cardio into my daily workouts.
The biggest hurdle I have had to overcome is just overall being more active and mobile. There are many moments throughout the day where I want to sit or lay down for hours on end. It has been a hurdle to just snap out of it and go out for a walk or get some movement into my day.
Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?
My goals with FT are to continue to learn and master new exercises that I will be able to use for the rest of my life. It is also one of my goals to be able to achieve a pushup renegade row, which I already know FT and my trainer Shay will help me accomplish.
Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?
Keep moving! Any movement is better than none! Also, has anyone ever regretted working out? No.
