Client of the Month - Samantha Spindel | Fitness Together

Woo Hoo! Shout out to Samantha for being selected as our next client of the month! Did we hear someone say "Pull-up Goal"? You bet we did! And with just a little help from her team, she did it! Congrats Sam, we're all very proud of you!

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

About one year. I do my best to schedule two sessions with FT each week. I also do at least two other work-outs per week.

Q: What are the results you've seen so far?

I can do pull-ups now! My main goal was to work on upper-body strength and I certainly have seen a great improvement.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

Sam and Chris have gotten me to this point. There is no way I could have done this without their encouragement, their customized work-outs, and the fact that they didn’t give up on me. I certainly didn’t think I could achieve my goal at various points throughout my journey but they kept on telling me that I could do it and I could tell they really believed it was possible. That helped immensely. They also pushed me during the workouts and tried out various new exercises when I wasn’t making progress.

There were a few times when I couldn’t make it into the studio due to occupational commitments. The customized plan they developed for me so that I could continue working on my goals during these periods was instrumental in allowing me to move forward. They went above and beyond to support me in achieving my goals. They truly embody fitness together!

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

I would love to continue to build up my strength so that I can do more push-ups and do them correctly.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?

It’s completely normal to think you won’t be able to achieve your goals. Focus more on meeting your daily and weekly goals. If you do that, before you know it, you’ll hit your longer-term targets.
