Client of the Month - Kevin Morris | Fitness Together Silver Spring

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio? I’ve been with the studio for about 4 months. Each week, I work out 3 days at the studio and 2 days outside.

Q: What are some of the results you've seen so far? So far, I’ve lost weight and gotten a lot stronger. In addition to losing weight, my endurance and recovery has gotten a lot better since I started with the studio.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed? I attribute my success to the trainers. They continue to motivate me to reach my goals and push me during my workouts. Regarding hurdles, I’ve always had trouble with accountability and committing to working out. Having a set schedule and frequent check-ins with the trainers has helped me with that.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward? I want to continue losing weight and gaining muscle mass. I’m happy with my progress so far but I still have a ways to go.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals? I think it’s importance to be patient with yourself and your progress.
