Client of the Month - Denise Johnson

Congratulations to Denise Johnson for being selected as our client of the month! We're all proud of her hard work and her success with the studio so far!

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

I have been with Fitness Together since November 2, 2017. I work out at FT 3 times per week. Outside of the studio I do cardio 3 times per week.

Q: What are the results you've seen so far?

So far I have seen a big improvement in my overall strength, flexibility, and stamina. Additionally, I have improved my eating habits.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

I attribute the structured workouts that the FT staff put together for me to my success. I had to get over a couple hurdles to succeed, first the idea that I don't like to exercise. Since getting over that hurdle I have come to actually enjoy it. The second hurdle was thinking that the workout might exacerbate my chronic medical condition (Lupus). Although there are post-exercise days that my joints don't work too well, my overall range of motion has improved.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

Moving forward, my goals are to lose weight and continue to improve my strength and range of motion,

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?

Fitness Together has been my motivation to improve my health. Starting in November ushered me into the new year with my goals in place. This is probably the first time I have continued a fitness goal this long and I intend to keep it going. The Fitness Together staff are very professional and absolutely great at what they do.
