Congratulations to Amy P. being our next client of the month!

Amy has been a client at Fitness Together since June 2021, and has reached so many goals over her time as a client. Check out her story below:

Q: How long have you been with Fitness Together, and how often are you working out both inside and outside of the studio?

I joined Fitness Together in June 2021, I usually get into the studio 3 days week and try to exercise at least 2 times out of studio even if it is just a long walk.

Q: What are some of the results you've seen so far?

I have lost weight and gained energy. The workouts relieve stress and make me stronger which result in healthier living overall. The biggest surprise to me has been my posture, I hadn’t realized my sedentary desk job was causing such a problem in my shoulders and back.

Q: What can you attribute mostly to your success so far? What hurdles did you have to get over in order to succeed?

My success is because of the amazing trainers! They have created a supportive environment to work out, and it makes me want to come back each week to do more. They really care about my goals and customize the workouts to help me achieve them.

Q: What are some of your goals with FT moving forward?

I want to have more energy and less stress. These workouts help me achieve a better lifestyle overall. Also, a fun side effect of working out includes looking better in your clothes.

Q: Anything else you would like to share with others looking to hit their goals?

It has been less than a year and I have seen more results from Fitness Together than any other avenue I have tried to make working out a regular part of my life. To me, it is an investment in my future health and well-being.
