Just Let it GO!!!

Let go!!! I'm sure you have seen this before. Don't do it!

Rule is: if you can't walk the incline without holding on then you need to decrease the incline. Decrease to a point that you can walk or run that incline with out holding on (assistance). Once you hold on you are cheating yourself...burning fewer calories, not working nearly as hard as you think (the calories burned number doesn't reflect holding on), cheating your lower back, core and probably look silly.
