Spinach, Banana & Almond Milk Smoothie

Serves one 
Makes 2 cup 
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 cup of  unsweetened  almond milk 
- 1 frozen banana
Note: you can substitute almond milk with nonfat vanilla yogurt


Thoroughly wash your spinach and then add that in your blender or Vitamix. Also add in your one cup of unsweetened almond milk and your frozen banana and blend on high for about two minutes.
