a note from your Rancho Bernardo owners,
Greg and Kara Sterner

Greg, as a Licensed Physical Therapist always strived to get his patients the fitness results they wanted in addition to getting them out of pain. Kara and Greg realized their dream when they opened their Fitness Together Point Loma doors in 2009. Our goal is to become a family owned personal training business that people rave about to their friends/family/business colleagues and can't wait to come back to again and again! Our motto is P.A.S.S.I.O.N. which stands for Professionalism, Attitude (positive and upbeat), Striving (to be better trainers and people every day), Systems (we use that get results), Integrity, Ongoing (commitment to achieving results), and No B.S. Start with our Signature Fit Evaluation where we learn about your goals, health history, and take you through a mini workout. Your customized program is then designed to progress in phases unique to your needs and goals.
