These ITYW movements can help to improve shoulder mobility and scapular stability, and are a very good idea to include in your daily home exercise routine! Don't have a Stability Ball?(they are cheap), simply bend the torso to 90 degrees with pelvis tilted forward and chest pushed out to complete from the bent-over position!!!
