Kevin is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, majoring in Kinesiology and Nutrition. After a short tenure in law enforcement, he found his true passion in personal training. With his history of training people from all walks of life, he has been able to continuously evolve as a trainer and has had first hand experience with strength, conditioning, flexibility, and postural correctional training. Kevin and his wife, Jenny, whom is also a personal trainer and physiotherapist, have a shared enthusiasm in health and wellness and believe exercise should be fun and rewarding!
