    Kevin is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, majoring in Kinesiology and Nutrition. After a short tenure in law enforcement, he found his true passion in personal training. With his history of training people from all walks of life, he has been able to continuously evolve as a trainer and has had first hand experience with strength, conditioning, flexibility, and postural correctional training. Kevin and his wife, Jenny, whom is also a personal trainer and physiotherapist, have a shared enthusiasm in health and wellness and believe exercise should be fun and rewarding!

    Kevin enjoys doing a combination of powerlifting and mixed material arts training. In his spare time, you can usually find him hiking or at the gun range.

    Josh is a graduate of Mars Hill University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education where he also played football and was a part of the Student code of conduct board. His passion for personal training came early on at the age of 15. He has background in coaching as well. He is also a strength and conditioning coach for Mountain Island Charter School in Mt.Holly NC. Being a personal trainer has always been a goal and dream of mine, I love helping people reach their goals and aspirations when it comes to fitness.

I started my college career at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where I studied Business Management and played women’s basketball. I officially completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management and my final season of collegiate basketball at SUNY Brockport near Rochester, NY. I have been a certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified for 4 years.

    I love any outdoor activities, like hiking, going out on the lake, paddle boarding, and pickleball. My passion for fitness revolves around seeing others become the best versions of themselves, and achieving goals and milestones that mean a lot to them.

    After a career in hotel sales and conference planning I decided to focus most of my time on my family. My two daughters are now more independent. I have been able to pursue a career in fitness which has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been an avid exerciser for over 25 years. I believe exercise is one of the most important practices you can perform to keep yourself healthy and strong.

    I enjoy going on long walks with my family. We love visiting the beach and the mountains. Our favorite board games are Clue and Rummikub.

You'll meet your trainer in a private studio or virtually for a 1:1 session to begin your workout program.

progress checks

You'll receive an assessment every 6 weeks to celebrate your progress and set new goals.
