I am so proud to have started at this facility over 15 years ago as a personal trainer and now be the owner! Overlooking over 120,000 personal training sessions and unthought of injuries and conditions, I am still as motivated as ever to help our clients get to their goals! Being on the Fitness Together National Leadership Council, LEAD Committee, and Mentor of the Unstoppable Together Program, I look forward to serving the Matthews Area for years to come!

Start with our Signature Fit Evaluation where we learn about your goals, health history, and take you through a mini workout. Your customized program is then designed to progress in phases unique to your needs and goals.
