Get Back On The Horse!

This is right about the time when New Year’s resolutions have long since faded and Valentine’s Day chocolates have settled on our hips. Now is the time to renew those resolutions and with the support of Fitness Together get back on the horse and make a renewed effort to…eat healthy, eat light and eat often! The first place to start is to review your goals from January. For the majority of people goals aren't being written. If you wrote your goals down now is a good time to look at your accomplishments and look at where you fell short. Simply reapply yourself to those goals. The goals that haven't been reached should be looked at with more scrutiny. Was the goal unrealistic? Were there other limiting factors? Get back on the horse and rededicate yourself to what's important in your life!
