-Are you having trouble “fitting in” your workouts this fall season? As fitness professionals our clients struggle with this constantly due to the change in seasons, kids, sports, work, and etc. Being as busy as you are it is hard to “squeeze” that work out into your day, the workout that started out to be an hour, then 45 minutes, then 30 minutes, then a quick jog on the treadmill, to just not even working out at all.
Take 30 minutes out of your day once this season and create a list of objectives that need to be accomplished weekly and coordinate your tasks so that they can flow consistently with your work schedule and kids schedules if you have kids. The first step is to relieve all the stress and chaos that your crazy life leaves you with at the end of the day as much as possible. The next step is to specifically block out 45 minutes to an hour once a day or once every other day for you to have “me time” where you can take some time to yourself and get a good workout in. Less stress and clean eating are the key to success in living a healthy lifestyle, working out aids in taking away some of that stress. Your life is your life no matter how crazy it may be, keep organized, keep stress to a minimal, eat healthy, workout, and life will be good.
