Get outside!
The weather is warm (for this time of the year), if you cannot make it to the gym then make an effort to take a walk or find a trail to run on. Even if it is only for 15-30 minutes the fresh air will help you relax your mind and ease stress. Especially with Christmas just around the corner everyone could use a little less stress.
Also be aware that we are closed next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (24th-26th) for the holiday so make sure you reschedule or make an extra appointment to get all your work outs in! Happy Holidays!!!
