Carrot Smoothie

2 large carrots

1 cup almond milk

1 large banana + 1/2 frozen banana

1 tsp coconut oil

1 scoop vanilla Rice Protein with Stevia powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

Place the ingredients in a blender (Ninja recommended) on high-speed until all is well combined. This should be some what of a thinner consistency but still thick enough to not be soup.

The carrot is a root vegetable which has an Indo-European origin. The tap-root of this vegetable is the edible part and it is considered to be nutritious and good for health. It is a rich source of many different nutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, iron, etc. The chemical known as beta-carotene makes carrot an important food source in fighting several health problems.
