    I’m one of 7 kids so to keep their sanity, my parents kept us active growing up-soccer, swimming, tennis, kick the can, tag, etc... While not physically gifted, I ended up as D1 swimmer based on having good coaches and consistent training. I realized I made a mistake shortly after graduating with a business degree, so I went back and got a Masters degree in an area I enjoyed. I’ve coached multiple sports, participated in many different events-some at a high level and some not so high (but those were the most fun). I’ve always enjoyed helping people reach their goals. As a personal trainer and business owner, I get to do that on many levels.

    I have always enjoyed training, finding it to be an excellent outlet for de-stressing and a confidence builder with each strength gain. However, it wasn't until after I graduated with my Psychology degree that I discovered my passion for Personal Training. I realized I could help others live higher quality lives by helping them move their bodies and I've been hooked ever since. My real passion in the training industry is helping others discover their own strength and help them to realize empowering that strength can be.

    My absolute favorite way to spend my free time is out on my Kayak, whether that means adventuring with my girl friends or just finding a calm spot to float and read mystery novels it's always top of my weekend priorities. Aside from that I really enjoy just getting outdoors and exploring what Washington has to offer. When the rain's locked me up for the Winter my inner Martha Stewart is released and I spend most of my free time crafting and cooking up some tasty treats.

    My passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. I want to teach you how to love your body, move correctly, build strength, eat balanced meals, and above all, enjoy movement! Whatever your goals are, I'm here to help you achieve them and guide you to a healthy lifestyle you can sustain. I’ve worked with clients age 8-60 within sports training and general fitness. I have taught TRX, Butts and Guts, partner training, small and large group trainings. I enjoy 1-on-1 training the most because I get to build a stronger relationship with my client and focus all my attention on them; ensuring they are moving correctly and enjoying their session!

    in my free time I like to
    When I’m not working I’m usually still at the gym! I love lifting, swimming, dancing, hiking, badminton and paddle boarding in the summer. Outside of physical activity I enjoy trying new restaurants and going shopping. I also love to travel! In August 2019, I went backpacking in Thailand and Singapore for three weeks. Hopefully in 2021 I can plan my next vacation spot to Indonesia and The Philippines.
