We all have many first days in life…

---The first day at a new job.

---The first day at a new school. (And so on.....)

More often than not, the anticipation, build up and the worry far exceed the actual experience. As trainers, we are regularly asked questions such as "what can I do to get started?" "What do I need to do to lose some weight?" My response usually begins with "What are you doing now?" To which most respond "Nothing!"

So I challenge them to commit to their FIRST DAY of new possibilities, a new direction and of course sore muscles! Once past that first day, it will lead to days 2,3,4 and 5...........

Get up! Get moving! And push past that FIRST DAY!
