We are all familiar with the major benefits of regular exercise, but there are a number of surprising positives associated with workout routines as well. In addition to improving mobility, cardiovascular health and general fitness, exercise can also reduce the risk of depression, osteoporosis, dementia, digestive issues and even cancer.
Obviously, these are tremendously important discoveries associated with living a healthy lifestyle. If that’s not enough reason to get yourself in gear, we don’t know what is.
