    I grew up in Seymour, TN, but have lived in various places throughout my adult life. I discovered my love for fitness while stationed at Camp Pendleton in California while serving in the U.S.Marine Corps. During that time, I was active in the "Iron Man Club", where my love for fitness blossomed, & knew that I was passionate about fitness as a part of my life moving forward. Currently, I've attained a nationally accredited certification in the field of exercise science, become a personal trainer, & have been lucky enough to move forward with the ability to share what I'm most passionate about with others. I have three children- two girls and a boy, and I am married to the best woman ever. Every day, I try to show empathy for each client as they work toward their goals. Sometimes, this even means believing in my clients when they aren't believing in themselves. With the right amount of determination & faith, I WILL do my part to help them achieve their BEST!

    I have a wide array of hobbies, including working on cars & computers. Obviously, I enjoy lifting heavy things & working out. I even enjoy cardio, specifically tennis with my daughter. Above all, however, I love spending time with my family and four-legged friends.

    I enjoy running long miles, eating back the calories long miles burn with creative cooking or dining ventures, reading anything I can get my hands on, petting cute kitty cats, traveling to parts unknown, and just being in the present moment.
