Just because you are planning a vacation this summer, don’t let it stop you from working out! Most people go to the beach, because it is a great place to relax. Did you know the beach is also a great place to do your workout? Try some of these exercises on your next beach trip!

Running in the sand is a calorie-consuming workout that puts less stress on the legs. If you want to add weights use buckets or jugs to fill up with sand to use as dumbbells.
