Barbara has been a client of ours since June of 2012. She has dedicated herself to becoming healthier through exercise and better eating habits. When she first came to us, a main concern of hers was her level of energy throughout the day. With long work days and varying schedules in the medical field, she was tired of feeling worn out by the end of the day. Here is what she’s had to say:
