Exercise to you Health

Are you afraid of catching a cold or that dreaded sore throat? Time to get in gear! A recent study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine suggests that people who regularly get their sweat on through exercise catch less colds than their sedentary counterparts. If they do come in contact with a bug, their symptoms are much more mild and recovery is far quicker! The research suggests that exercise stimulates your immune system to go on the defense against foreign invaders (a.k.a. cold germs and viruses). So, during this crazy weather make sure you're pumping up your immune system, not just your biceps!
