From an early age, whether playing with a team or flying solo, Josh dominated the court, field, golf course, and everything in between. Josh has many talents, and his love for sports has helped create his dynamic personality. From scoring points on the basketball court to kicking goals on the soccer field and hitting home runs on the baseball diamond, Josh is a true athlete. Not only that, he also coached basketball! And here's the fun twist: Josh's love for fitness runs in the family. With a gym-obsessed dad and a mom who's a personal trainer, he was practically born lifting weights and perfecting squats! It's no surprise that the health and wellness industry is where he thrives.

    When Josh isn't hustling at work, he is hustling at play! He loves weight training, golfing, skiing, running, paddleboard yoga, and "old man softball." He loves to push himself to the limit - no challenge too big for Josh! He enjoys helping others improve their fitness and confidence. And when he isn't sweating it out, you'll find him cheering on his favorite teams or yelling at the TV unless he attends in person. Fun is his middle name!

Shannon's journey started with an associate's degree from Massachusetts Bay Community College and a stint in automotive sales! With her competitive swimming background and a burning passion for fitness, Shannon finally found her true calling.

    Loren is a Rhode Island native who spent her early years on the basketball court, soccer field, and track and field. Participating in sports instilled a fierce work ethic, discipline, and a never-give-up attitude that led Loren to pursue a career in health and fitness. With a passion for pushing the limits, Lornen decided to further their education and become a true fitness professional! Loren participated in powerlifting competitions for three years after graduating high school. When she wasn't pumping iron, she studied nutrition and weight training to supplement her college coursework. Loren graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in the spring of 2023. She also has her NASM Personal Training Certification. Loren is passionate about health and fitness and helping others in any aspect of life. She is looking forward to meeting you!

    In her free time, Lauren enjoys lifting weights, cooking, attending concerts, listening to music, and spending time with her siblings. Loren isn't just a twin or a triplet, but a quadruple! Lauren loves pushing her limits, especially when it comes to physical fitness. She's always down for a challenge.

    Born and raised in Rhode Island, Nikoli competed in football, wrestling, and track for the North Kingstown High School Skippers. Nikoli initially discovered his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals while serving in the U.S. Marines. As his unit's fitness advisor, Niloli created exercise and nutrition plans designed to support the unit's physical fitness goals and larger wartime mission. Following his military service, Nikoli obtained his NASM certification and began instruction kickboxing. Nikoli's friendly and outgoing nature help him connect with and motivate others to become better versions of themselves.

    Meet Robin, the fitness guru who has dedicated her career to helping Rhode Islanders adopt healthy habits and lead active lifestyles. She's been a coach in all sorts of gyms, from small and cozy to mega-centers, and has even brought her expertise to her clients' doorsteps! In 2006, Robin became the proud owner of FT East Greenwich, where she and her team craft personalized workout plans in private suites for each client. But that's not all - Robin honed her skills as a supervisor at top clubs like Healthtrax, Apollo, and Gold's Gym before striking out on her own. In addition to owning a studio, Robin has contributed her expertise to the FT Franchisee Advisory Council and served as a mentor for a franchise marketing and retention program. She scooped up the FT Franchisee of the Year award in 2016 with her hubby, Rick, for their outstanding studio performance in Bethesda, MD, among many other accolades.

    Robin enjoys various hobbies when she isn't busy with her training commitments. Robin keeps herself busy, from running, weightlifting, kayaking, and entertaining, to baking and traveling. When off-duty, Robin's priority is spending time with her family – husband Rick, their six amazing kids, one adorable grandbaby, and their four-legged furry companion. Currently, Robin calls Charleston, SC home.
