Josh has been involved in sports his entire life, from team to individual sports. The discipline and experience of achieving a black belt in karate at the age of 9 and the benefits of team sports have helped to shape his dynamic character. In addition to playing soccer, basketball, and baseball, Josh also coached basketball for several years. Growing up with a father who is passionate about fitness and a mother who is a personal trainer, fitness has always been a way of life for Josh and the health and wellness field seemed to be a natural fit.

Originally from Norwood, Massachusetts, Shannon moved to Rhode Island in 2020 to begin a career in fitness. Shannon obtained her certification in personal training from NASM and has experience in both personal and small group training. After earning an associate's degree from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2017, Shannon first tried working in automotive sales before returning to her athletic roots. Formerly a competitive swimmer, Shannon finds greater professional satisfaction as a health and fitness coach.

Robin has spent her entire career helping Rhode Islanders change habits and lead healthy lifestyles. She has coached in big gyms and small as well as clients' homes throughout the state. In 2006, Robin purchased the FT East Greenwich studio because it allowed her to coach clients in a manner she felt was the best way to get results: utilizing custom workouts in private suites. Prior to owning and operating her own business, Robin managed group and individualized services at several clubs including Apollo, Healthtrax, and Gold's Gym. Along with studio ownership, Robin is a member of the FT Franchisee Advisory Council as well as a mentor for a franchise marketing and retention program. Amongst many awards and accolades, Robin and her husband Rick were recognized as the FT Franchisees of the Year in 2016 for the performance of their studio in Bethesda, MD.
