Studio Manager/Certified Personal Trainer

I am extremely passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and abilities achieve success in health and fitness! Whether it's moving better, feeling better, or looking better, it's my highest priority to give you the tools to reach your goals - and why not have fun while doing it?

I have a background in functional movement, injury prevention, weight loss, strength, and sports such as golf, tennis, snowboarding, and running. My love of coaching and teaching draws from my experience as a Junior Olympic swimmer and four years as a school teacher. I truly enjoy continuing my education as a fitness trainer as well as incorporating my creativity into my clients' programs.

In my free time, you can find me snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing, hanging with my husband and my dog, Nelly, and training for whichever race or triathlon is next!

Lead Personal Trainer

Teaching and motivating others about fitness is something that I am very passionate about. Learning how to exercise is important and being able to organize exercises into workouts will make the workouts more efficient. I want to help clients build their programs and understand how their bodies are changing and adapting to exercise all while providing fun and challenging workouts.

My passion for fitness began shortly after high school following a football injury. After months of rehabilitating a broken back, I decided to pursue a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. I wanted to learn everything I could about how the body worked and how to strengthen my back. I decided to further my education and obtain a Master of Science in exercise physiology at the University of Northern Colorado while also working as a personal trainer for the university. I am currently a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

My background involves movement assessments, weight loss, rehabilitation from lifting injuries, body composition, and various methods of strength training. I mostly enjoy training anyone that is willing to work hard and has a great attitude!

I love training and competing in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman! When I am not in the gym, I enjoy hiking, going to breweries, and going to explore new places with my fiancé!

Exercise changed my life. As a person who struggled with being overweight my entire adult life, I realized how important proper diet and exercise contributes to quality of life. I changed my career from working as a Behavioral Specialist for eight years to now helping adults improve their health and fitness. After receiving my Personal Training Certification, I decided to go back to school to earn my Kinesiology degree. I am currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

My background includes powerlifting, TRX, functional fitness, strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and mobility for all fitness levels. I thrive in helping people find their confidence and reach their fitness goals. My love for fitness is not just putting someone through a great workout, but really challenging the client to make fitness a part of their lifestyle and to live a well-balanced life physically and mentally.

On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my family, anything fitness (from going outdoors for a run to competitive powerlifting) and taking my dog Harley for walks. Being new to Colorado I look forward to exploring everything Denver has to offer, as well as learning some Jiu-jitsu and kickboxing!

My passion for fitness and overall wellness grew from my own fitness journey several years ago. Through my years of trials and errors, I found that putting the hard work and dedication into your health will carry over into all other areas of your life. My goal is to help you create a well-balanced lifestyle that will allow you to stay disciplined with your personal and professional goals, keep up with your kids, and build the life you want to live.

My background includes strength training, TRX, high intensity interval training, injury prevention, and confidence building. I have worked with clients of all ages and truly enjoy helping each individual achieve their goals. YOUR goals are my goals!

I absolutely love strength training on my own time! When I'm not in the gym, you can find me hiking, fishing, snowboarding, or exploring the outdoors. (I am a new Coloradoan, so I have a lot of exploring to do!)
