I am extremely passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and abilities achieve success in health and fitness! Whether it's moving better, feeling better, or looking better, it's my highest priority to give you the tools to reach your goals - and why not have fun while doing it?
I have a background in functional movement, injury prevention, weight loss, strength, and sports such as golf, tennis, snowboarding, and running. My love of coaching and teaching draws from my experience as a Junior Olympic swimmer and four years as a school teacher. I truly enjoy continuing my education as a fitness trainer as well as incorporating my creativity into my clients' programs.
In my free time, you can find me snowboarding, hiking, snowshoeing, hanging with my husband and my dog, Nelly, and training for whichever race or triathlon is next!
