Mike is certified by NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Academy).   Mike was born and raised in Westford and currently still resides in town with his wife and three kids.   He has owned and operated Fitness Together Concord for the past 8 years and is also the owner of the Fitness Together Westford. 

Mike was an instructor at the Professional Fitness Institute in Las Vegas, where he trained and mentored new trainers for 5 years.   He has over 15 years of experience of training all different populations, ranging from professional fighters and wrestlers to post rehab and older populations. Through this experience he brings a well-rounded approach.  As a purest he believes that with hard work and nutrition results can be obtained. Mike's philosophy involves equal importance in strength/resistance training, metabolic conditioning and cardio endurance.  The most rewarding aspect of the job is seeing each client's hard work pay off while making fitness a part of their daily routine.  One of his recent endeavors’ is currently coaching the Lawrence Academy wrestling team.  Mike, to his credit, was an undefeated Mixed Martial Arts expert and was recently a competitor of the well Known TV show, American Ninja Warrior.

B.S. Framingham State University. ISSA Master Trainer; ISSA Specialist Sports Conditioning, ISSA Specialist Post Rehabilitative Exercise, ISSA Specialist Fitness Nutrition, ISSA Specialist Fitness Older Adults, ISSA Youth Fitness Trainer. Johnny enjoys working with all populations in helping them achieve their fitness goals. Johnny brings over 15 years of experience to training, bringing a well-rounded approach, working with client's of all levels. Johnny's philosophy involves equal importance in strength/resistance training, cardio endurance and healthy eating. The most rewarding aspect of the job is seeing client's hard work pay off and making fitness part of their daily routine.

Johnny played on the Framingham State University Football team as a Defensive Back all four years and was named to the New England Football Conference All Academic Team all four years. Johnny won the prestigous Scholar Athlete Award his senior year. Outside of working out, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife Anh, daughter Asia and son Kai, as well as his two dachshunds Frank and Coco.

Evan is a graduate of Fitchburg State University with a Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. After graduation Evan worked at UMass Lowell as a strength and conditioning coach, helping Division I athletes in season and offseason, increasing performance and results, also working preventative exercise. Ultimately keeping athletes at optimal health.

Evan played all four years on the soccer team as a goal keeper. After suffering a traumatic injury during his junior year of college, Evan has focused on functional mechanics, flexibility, and preventative and rehabilitative exercise. Evan has been able to use this experience and methodology in helping other client's.

Joe Garcia

Joe is certified through ACE (American Council Exercise), and is currently studying to specialize in Orthopedic Exercise. Joe has vast knowledge in strength training, nutrition, and designing specific programs to fit his client's needs and goals. Joe's favorite part of being a trainer is helping relieve client's aches and pains, through proper training, flexibility and progression. Joe also has extensive knowledge in sports conditioning having played many years of baseball and understanding the specific aspects of training in all sports.

Outside of working out Joe enjoys the great outdoors, camping, hiking, white water rafting and disc golf. One of Joe's hobby is cooking and enjoys making French cuisine. Also, Joe is huge animal lover having cats and has made it a mission to rescue exotic reptiles. This summer Joe plans on competing in his first power lifting competition.

Eric is a University of Massachusetts Lowell Graduate of the Nutritional Sciences program. He spent 3 years training under the famous internet celebrity trainer Scott Herman. Eric is a Chelmsford High School graduate where he was a 3-sport athlete playing football, track, and baseball. He has been training for Fitness Together in Concord and Westford for over a year. Eric specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss and weight maintenance, muscle growth, and bodybuilding. He fell in love with the health and fitness lifestyle after his college baseball career ended.  Eric plans on competing in the men’s physique division of bodybuilding, and also competing in powerlifting at some point!

Outside of the gym, Eric enjoys a few different hobbies. He listens to country and rock music, goes to concerts, loves to hike, go to the beach and lake, fish, travel, eat all types of delicious foods, drink coffee, and play all types of pick-up sports. In the coming year, Eric will be getting more involved with the Best Buddies organization, which is an organization for people with developmental disabilities. Eric considers himself an entrepreneur, and hopes to open his own business in the future!

Jonny graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Jonny was brought into FT by the gym owner Mike Oakes, with whom he coaches wrestling with at Lawrence Academy. His experience in athletics spans from individual sports to individual training. Time spent on sports teams ranging from Rugby, Wrestling, Football, and combat sports has given him great depth to his knowledge in strength and functional training with an additional focus on maintenance and recovery. He took this experience into the training field as a boxing trainer and small group fitness class trainer. Furthermore, Jonny’s time dancing from a young age and being a vegan for several years has aided in his knowledge of nutrition and an individual’s overall well-being. This accelerated his passion for gardening, farming, landscaping, and holistic health.

Sue is a graduate of Lake Forest College (IL), SCW Fitness Certification as well as CX Worx, Bodypump, Core Training Specialist, and Les Mills Certifications. Sue's goal is to make fitness fun and brings that enthusiasm to her client's in hopes they will gain confidence through understanding the power of their own bodies.

Sue got into the fitness at a young age playing soccer and pursued through college. After college Sue worked several years in media from a local DJ, television sports, then teaching spin classes. Ever since Sue has been involved in the fitness industry learning and growing, finding her true passion.

Sue lives in Concord and is a proud mom of two kids and married to her husband Dev. When Sue is not training or teaching, she enjoys embarrassing her kids, playing golf, tennis, skiing, hiking, and anything not sitting still.

David Charbonneau M.S. in Kinesiology - University of Maryland, College Park B.S. in Exercise Science - Skidmore College ACSM certified Health Fitness Specialist Fitness Together - Concord. David is also pursuing his Masters of Education and was recently the Athletic Dircector of the Brandon School in Natick. David enjoys helping people of all fitness levels learn to enjoy exercise and reach their personal fitness goals. He believes that exercise is not only important for physical health but also provides emotional and psychological benefits including the feeling of empowerment and stress release.
