Kim graduated from Boston College in 1984 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and worked at Tufts New England Medical Center for several years before leaving to pursue her favorite job of raising a family. She was kept very busy by her 4 active and athletic children, but always found time to stay active herself.
Health and wellness have always been important to her and having seen the effects that poor life style choices can have on their quality of life, she found an interest in pursuing a profession that promotes health and wellness and pursued her personal training certification.
Playfully nicknamed "psycho workout mom" by her kids, Kim is enjoying passing on her knowledge and passion for healthy living to others. In her spare time, Kim enjoys walking her dog, skiing with her family, paddle boarding and her newest venture, playing ice hockey.
