What exercises can you do to get the fastest results for swimsuit season?

"To make the most of your time and achieve the fastest results possible, use compound movement exercises that deliver the most "bang for your buck." Pair two compound exercises together and you'll have a great way to build muscle and burn fat in a short amount of time!

"Here's a personal favorite: Perform eight to 12 reps each of a Romanian Deadlift to a Bentover Row paired with a Front Squat to an Overhead Press. You'll want to use a weight that barely allows you to get the last rep of your weakest exercise; in this case, probably the Overhead Press. Perform all reps of both compound exercises in succession without resting in between, then rest for 90 seconds and repeat two or three more times."

"Kick your summer off right with an amazing exercise to tighten your lower body and improve core strength. It can be done anywhere and anytime for a quick 15 minutes.

"Start on the floor on all fours with your back flat and your eyes looking forward. Place hands under shoulders and knees under hips.  Bring your right knee into your torso then extend it backward and upward. Repeat 10 times on each leg.  The “donkey kick” exercise will help tighten up your glutes and give you that summer look you're trying to discover."

"We suggest HIIT -- High Intensive Interval Training -- to get quick results.  These workouts are intense, quick, and burn fat.

"Here's an example: 30 seconds of squat thrusts, 20 pushups, 30 seconds of jumping jacks, 25 body squats and 25 squat jumps.  Repeat three times and finish with a one-mile run."
