What are some of your favorite workout songs?

Jul 23, 2013

Billy Beyer
FT Basking Ridge

"We love country over here in B Ridge. Truck Yeah by Tim McGraw, Get Your Shine On by Florida Georgia Line and My Kinda Party by Jason Aldean!"

Sue Teoli
FT New Canaan

"I'm a bit older, so I go for '80s rock.  AC/DC's Shoot To Thrill and Hells Bells, Motley Crue's Kickstart My Heart and any Guns N Roses song."

Marissa Tafuri
FT East Greenwich

"I Love It by Icona Pop, C'Mon by Ke$ha, Forever by Chris Brown, This Is What It Feels Like by Armin van Buuren and Dancing In My Head by Eric Turner & Avicii.  And anything by Rihanna or Pitbull."

Pam Carthew
FT East Greenwich

"If I'm running I like music that has a steady beat -- usually older music like Fleetwood Mac's Tusk or Dire Straits' Ride Across the River.

"If I'm Spinning it depends on my energy levels.   If I want to just climb then I pick the slower ones like Cemeteries of London by Coldplay or Nickelback's When We Stand Together.  Otherwise it's sometimes crazy music like The Devil Went Down to Georgia by The Charlie Daniels Band or Contradanza by Vanessa Mae.

"I have over 2000 songs in my iPod, so I never get bored.  But I'm still always on the lookout for new stuff!"

Chadd Braine
FT Morris Township

"The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson for heavy leg day.  And for our PACK classes we love Sirius '90s on 9!"
