This month, we're thrilled to celebrate Mamie as our July Client of the Month!

From the moment she walked through our doors, Mamie had one goal: work hard and get stronger. She wasn't looking for shortcuts or the easy route—she wanted to be challenged, to lift heavy, and to see what she was truly capable of.

Session after session, Mamie has shown up ready to put in the work. She embraces difficult workouts, pushes herself beyond her comfort zone, and consistently gives her best effort. That mindset has translated into incredible progress, with noticeable gains in both strength and confidence.

Mamie is a perfect example of how tenacity pays off. Results don't come from luck—they come from showing up, trusting the process, and being willing to do the hard things over and over again. Her dedication has been inspiring to both our coaches and fellow members.
