One Client-One GOAL is what brought me to Fitness Together. I had a regular workout regimen, but found I really needed more, because I wanted to up my game. I came to see Nick and Billy 6 months before my 40th birthday. I decided I would work on a very specific goal of Deadlifting 240lbs, for my 40th birthday. Nick saw where I was starting, mapped out a plan, and systematically for the next 6 months we worked bi-weekly on my goal. We worked to progress on Deadlifting, but even more important progressed to make me stronger each week. You can not beat the one on one attention to YOU that FT brings. Even if you are working with a trainer at a gym, it is not the same experience. At a gym all the people are distracting, you will find that even working with a trainer you wait for equipment, etc. At FT it is you and only you, your goal, and your trainer. If you want to be a better you than you are today, I highly recommend you do this for yourself. I am so happy I did! You can reach goals you never thought were attainable!!
