BRING SALLY UP CHALLENGE!

Hey Fitness Together Fam!
We wanted to send out a message giving you an update on the BRING SALLY UP CHALLENGE, and a few key points about training in general!
As many of you know, the challenge has been going on for about 2 weeks now and has created overall fitness motivation so you too can become the best version of yourself!
Trust us when we say being the best version of yourself inside and out will be the most liberating feeling in your life!
So far 4 clients have completed the challenge! And we are not done yet!

We have worked with, trained and help enhance hundreds of lives over the years and we can honestly say the best part of the entire process is the moment YOU realize you have not only achieved your goals but surpassed them!
A few key takeaways from this this challenge and training in general:
- If your new to working out... stay consistent!
- Too see OPTIMAL results you must not only perform resistance training consistently you must also do your CARDIO and your NUTRITION must be on point!
- There will be ups and down, don't give up!
- Have fun with it and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day... Their is always tomorrow!
