Jason graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology but it wasn’t until a few years later that he pursued a career in fitness. Having played soccer, basketball and baseball in high school and recreationally in college, athletics and training were always an interest of his. It wasn’t until he graduated, struggled to find a career path, and gained a lot of stress weight that he decided to make fitness a staple in his life. He started his own weight loss journey and along the way discovered he wanted to help people in similar situations to his.
He worked hard to save up money to move to Boston to attend the American Academy of Personal Training where he graduated and was able to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
With and abundance of personal experience with weight loss and life struggles, Jason is quite qualified and willing to help anyone with their own fitness journey and will do so with passion and enthusiasm.
When Jason isn’t changing people’s lives in the gym, he loves to be active. He loves Obstacle Course Racing and frequently trains and races for Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. He loves to golf, hike, play soccer, softball, football and basketball. He’ll visit his hometown of Lake George, NY whenever he can to swim, water-ski, tube, and cliff jump in the natural playground that is Lake George.
