Lyzz's Apple Crumble

The apple-cinnamon combo is one of my favorite fall flavors. Here’s an easy to whip, healthier apple-crumble recipe. This makes one big serving that you can share, or save the other half for the next day!

Ingredients:

-1 Fuji Apple, chopped (any kind of apple will work)

-Cinnamon spice

-Ginger spice

-Nutmeg

-Dash of salt

-1/2 TBSP Coconut (melted)

For the crumble topping:

-1/4 cup oats

-Chopped pecans

-Raisins

-Cinnamon spice

Optional:

-Real maple syrup

-A dollop of freshly whipped cream

1. Mix the spices in a small ramekin. Toss the chopped apple and coconut oil.

2. Combine the crumble topping ingredients and pile it on top of the apple mixture.

3. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until the top appears golden brown.

4. Let it settle for 10 minutes. Add whipped cream and maple syrup (optional) and enjoy!
