Ingredients:

- Cucumber: 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Radishes: 4-5, thinly sliced
- Green Onions: 2, chopped
- Avocado: 1, sliced
- Cherry Tomatoes: 1 cup, halved (or substitute whole tomato wedges)
- Edible Flowers (optional): a handful, for garnish
For the Dressing:
- Olive Oil: 1/4 cup
- Lemon Juice: From 1 lemon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon (or use maple syrup for a vegan option)
- Garlic: 1 clove, minced
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
