Frank Rosalie

Owner
ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant

Frank Rosalie is the owner of Fitness Together – Great Neck in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has been passionate about fitness for over 30 years. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as both a personal trainer and a Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant.

He was an accountant for many years and, working in a corporate environment, saw firsthand what can happen to individuals who sit behind a desk all day without getting the proper exercise or nutrition. After deciding to make a career change, he began working as a Personal Trainer in a Fitness Together studio and immediately believed in their concept.

Never one for a commercial gym environment, he loved the fact that each training session was held in a private suite with a certified personal trainer to ensure that the client received 100% attention throughout their workout and are held accountable, along with the trainer, to achieve their fitness goals.

He has been married for over 25 years to his wife Laura.

Fitness Together – Great Neck is team and client service oriented. Frank and his team are striving to help clients make an honest commitment to exercise and a lifestyle change to reach their fitness and health goals.

Liz Watkins

Personal Fitness Coach

Liz has always carried a passion for helping others through health and wellness. In 2006 she graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn State) with a physical Fitness Specialist; Associate of Applied Science Degree. While pursuing her degree she worked closely with a Physical Therapist as an aide; treating a wide variety of patients and conditions. As a Physical Fitness Specialist student she also experienced clients with many different training goals and physical abilities while personal training for the Penn College Staff. In 2006 she became a Certified Personal Trainer through NSPA (National Strength and Professional Association) and started her journey with Fitness Together, Virginia Beach. Helping clients reach their personal goals and accomplish things they never thought they could is what she enjoys most about working at Fitness Together. She has since taken NSPA Weight Management and Speed and Agility classes.

Erin Jackson

Personal Fitness Coach

Erin, a Virginia Beach native, began her fitness journey after having her first child.  She saw that exercise and healthy eating produced great results physically and to over all wellness.

Erin graduated with an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in 2009 from Tidewater Community College.  She then became certified as a Personal Trainer through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools) in 2010.  That same year she became CPR and First Aid trained.

In 2011 she completed the course “Nutrition Concepts” which focuses on teaching proper nutrition tailored to each clients’ needs.  Erin plans on continuing to grow as a trainer and will keep up with the latest health research.

She believes in keeping workouts fun and positive to better receive results.

Erin lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and three children.

Charles Kawadza

Personal Fitness Coach

With over 10 years of involvement in the Health, Fitness and Wellness industry, through various internships and work experience, Charles is highly passionate and dedicated to helping people achieve the highest possible levels of fitness.

A member of the Idea Health and Fitness Association with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Cooper certification as a Physical Fitness Specialist, he takes great pride in his knowledge of Nutrition in Health & Performance, Prescriptive Exercise, Adaptive Physical Education, Principles of Training, Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, Stress Management, Biomechanics of Human movement, Human Motor Control & Learning and Concepts of Weight Management. 

His personal belief is that anyone, regardless of one's limitations, is very well capable of achieving desired fitness.

Ryan Brod

Personal Fitness Coach

Ryan’s hometown is Las Vegas, Nevada. He lived there until he was 18 years old, and then decided to join the U.S. Navy.

While in the U.S. Navy, he worked as a Hospital Corpsman Preventive Medicine Technician, including Health and Wellness.

After serving the armed forces for 8 years, he decided to get out and continue a career in the health care field.

As a strength and fitness enthusiast, he realized how much he enjoyed helping others become healthier and reaching their goals.

He then decided to became a certified personal trainer and has enjoyed it ever since!  He holds a B.S. in Health and is Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
