Ed Ferrell
As owner, manager and head trainer of Fitness Together Personal Training in Temecula, I have found that there is nothing more rewarding than helping my clients reach their personal fitness goals. It goes far beyond helping them to lose weight and feel better about themselves. I have seen lives completely changed when clients learn and apply proper nutrition and exercise to their lifestyles. No one I know has ever regretted losing weight and getting in better shape. The improvements and enjoyment that clients experience in their daily lives as a result of their personal training is why I do this. I may work with each client less than an hour a day, but I known they are enjoying the benefits of their improved energy, health and fitness all day long -- and that's what its all about. Without your health, nothing else matters...

Kerry Conte
Kerry is a certified personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Physical fitness has always been an important part of her life. Starting a young child, she became involved in competitive gymnastics and continued to compete throughout college. During that same time, she also competed in organized soccer for six years. At the early age of twelve, she began to develop her passion for running and during the last 30 years she has completed many running events including numerous half marathons and marathons.
Kerry has worked as a personal trainer at the YMCA and also instructed group exercise classes for dancing and aerobics. When knee injuries and surgeries prevented her from doing much running, she had to find a new fitness activity, and has recently begun participating in individual and team cycling. She rides her bike several days each week, and has participated in rides of over 100 miles.
When Kerry is not training clients, she enjoys spending time with her 11 year old daughter, five dogs, and two horses! She has found a wonderful balance between raising her very active daughter, working with clients to help them reach their fitness goals, and still maintaining a rigorous training schedule for herself.
Kerry is very professional and takes great pride in her work as a personal trainer. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their lives and has yet to meet someone with a health or fitness goal that she cannot help them achieve.

Roger Kaman
Roger Kaman is a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA (International Sport Science Association). He served as a Florida Deputy Sheriff for seven years where he performed typical law enforcement duties - protecting the public, enforcing the laws and putting bad guys in jail. During his tenure with the Sheriff’s Department, he enlisted in the army and completed his basic training in Fort Bliss, TX. He then trained to operate the Army’s Chaparral mobile air defense missile system. Roger then served six years in the Florida Army National in Daytona Beach, FL achieving the rank of E-5.
Roger enjoys football and volunteered as a high school football coach for 10 years in Florida and one year in southern California. He also volunteered to setup and lead several “boot camp” exercise activities for local communities in Florida and Texas.
To maintain his own fitness lifestyle, Roger spent several days each week at the gym, and he began to notice how many people at the gym were not working out very effectively on their own. They didn’t have any kind of structured exercise program and were just trying to figure out what to do with no guidance or motivation. So, after volunteering his services and helping many gym members to finally start seeing results with their fitness programs, Roger decided to make personal fitness his career.
Roger’s passion for fitness helps him to encourage and motivate clients to safely go beyond what they think they can do to produce maximum results so they can live more fulfilled lives in all areas because of their improved health and fitness. His motto is: “It is all about you”, and he is dedicated and focused entirely on his clients’ success to help them achieve their health and fitness goals because it really is all about them.
Roger is a very proud father of five children and thrilled to be "Poppie" to five wonderful grandchildren. When not working out or helping others, you can find Roger jet skiing, playing golf, hiking or watching the latest football game.
He looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals
