Rheumatoid Arthritis is no match for Strength Training!!

I chose Fitness Together for the idea of the personal training since I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.  I wanted to be able to maximize the fitness aspect with out injury to my joints. I have been training at fitness together for about 8 months and through the course of training I had discovered I had shoulder tendinitis. I started physical therapy and was able to continue working out at the gym with a modified routine. Having the personal trainer allows a safe environment to continue the progress of physical therapy on a daily basis.
